This is
BEST FRIEND CYNTHIA
by Mattel, copyright 1971.  She is 19 inches tall, wearing her Original  Pink dress with Blue and white trim. Her original Blue coat is a nice bonus. She comes with One Record, called "Indoor Activities."
Unfortunately she does not talk.
Cynthia has excellent face color; Her eyes are Bright blue.   Her arms and legs are a lighter color than her body.  She has some stains on her legs. One leg is lighter than the other, which is quite common for this doll. Her hair is full.  The Blue hair ribbon is an add-on that goes well with her outfit.
Cynthia's Dress is in very good condition.  It is clean. It has a side opening so her records could be inserted without undressing her.  The coat does not have the opening.   The elastic on her sleeves is stretched out.  Her blue coat is a  hard to find accessory. It is a faux suede, and matches the belt on her dress.  It has some significant stains and discoloration, but no rips or holes.  She  loaned her shoes to a friend, who did not give them back, so no shoes!
