What are you bidding on today is very rare John Held Jr Jazz Age cocktail 1920 plate "Not Bad".
These Art Deco collectors plates were designed by the American cartoonist John Held Jr who was also as sculptor and print maker. His work depicted the flapper era in the New York, Vanity Fair, Harper's Bazaar and Life magazine. He was at the time one of the best cartoonist illustrator in the country.
Made by Moriyama Mori-Machi, black mark hand painted in Japan.
