This item in my EBAY store is an EAPG CLEAR w/RUBY STAINED  "DAKOTA"  FTD. SOUVENIR'D GOBLET with "TO GEORGE".   This Early American Pattern Glass "DAKOTA" ftd. souvenir'd goblet is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   I may also add that this
EAPG CLEAR w/RUBY STAINED  "DAKOTA"  FTD. SOUVENIR'D GOBLET is an early vintage EAPG antique goblet that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition;   This EAPG "DAKOTA" ftd. souvenir'd goblet has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom, surely the couple of people who have onced owned this beauty had cherrished this goblet due to the condition this goblet remains in today;
This goblet is very attractive because it is souvenir'd and is highly decorated with the etching "TO GEORGE    1893" with two big bows and with fern flower's, the etching goes around about 2/3 on the bowl of this goblet;   I myself, I like to buy and sell the decorated souvenir'd ruby stain, the decorated ruby stain is in a class by itself, but then this is my opinion;   This EAPG "DAKOTA" pattern is a very large pattern in itself and is one of those patterns that was chosen to be decorated for some unknown reason;   This "DAKOTA" souvenir'd ftd. goblet is non-flint glass and many numerous other table wares in this pattern were also produced in this much sought after pattern, one of my many reference materials, a book by "REILLY & JENKS"  the "EARLY AMERICAN PATTERN GLASS COLLECTOR'S IDENTIFICATION & PRICE GUIDE" show and talk about this very large and highly collected pattern on pages #149 - #151;
