Once again, my Mother-in-law had to have this, so much that she never used it at all -  So I have been asked to list it - It comes with  everything you see in the pictures - This item does have the original box though - However there is no vhs tape or ball of yarn etc... but it does have everything you see on the "what comes with your sweater machine" list/diagram in the booklet - And again where is the ball of yarn and tape etc... who knows,  it is par for the course with that woman -  Aside from those items it comes complete with everything needed -
